About Me
Hey, I’m Aiden. I’m a computer science student in the Oklahoma State University Honors College, based in Tulsa and graduating in December 2026. I build web applications, audio software, AI tools, games, and other interactive experiences.
I began programming in high school, and one of my first real projects was Chasing the Capitals, a multiplayer Java game where players raced to locate US state capitals. It was simple, but it showed me how much I enjoyed turning an idea into software that others could interact with. Today, I focus on software built around strong core ideas, featuring polished visuals and intuitive interfaces. My favorite part of a project is refining its interactions and small details until it feels complete. I enjoy collaborating because it allows an idea to grow beyond what one person could build alone.
My projects cover a wide range of technologies. Random Webs is an ongoing collection of browser experiments featuring simulations, games, and audio/visual tools. OloEQ processes live signals as a C++ parametric equalizer plugin built with JUCE, and my AI Piano MIDI Generator leverages a custom transformer model trained to compose jazz piano MIDI.
Music is just as important to me as software. I perform, compose, produce, record, mix, and master my own work. I currently perform with the OSU Jazz Band and Resistance Indoor Percussion. In 2024, I toured nationally with The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps, performing in stadiums across the United States as part of DCI World Class. I also serve on Resistance's leadership team, mentoring performers and working with staff to improve the member experience.
Outside of software and music, I enjoy gaming, rock climbing, solving Rubik’s cubes, running, and spending time with friends. I am naturally curious and always eager to learn more and try new things.
After graduating, I am looking for full-time software engineering roles in Oklahoma or fully remote, where I can contribute to meaningful work, learn from experienced developers, and keep growing as an engineer.
